Impressions
This morning, after a night without thunderstorms, I had a hard time getting out of the tent. It was suddenly cold, cloudy, and windy.
An hour later than yesterday, things were going pretty well again. It was extremely windy. The wind was coming mainly from the side, and sometimes even from behind, but at least it wasn’t coming from the front.
Shortly after I crossed the huge, old Storstrømsbroen bridge, I ran into Joana and Christian. While chatting, we realized we were heading for almost the same destination for the day, so we decided to ride the remaining 70 km together.
Today’s route took us over many hills through the countryside. Since the route wound its way through the terrain, the wind felt like it was coming from all directions. To make up for it, we treated ourselves to a delicious lunch during our break.
In the afternoon, a hissing sound from my rear tire brought me back to reality. There was a large hole visible in the tire. However, with Tubeless Salami, I was able to patch it up very quickly, and we were able to continue the ride.
Shortly before Køge, our paths parted ways again. The two of them found a place to stay, and I looked for a spot at a shelter.

Strong west wind. Sometimes it even gave me a little push, but mostly it was just annoying.
Tour
The tour went according to plan. Unfortunately, I had to skip the coast near Køge, otherwise I would have gotten back too late. I’ll head there tomorrow instead.
